Refreshing Dinner with Tiger Crystal @ SOULed OUT, Ampang

In conjunction with the year-end festive season, Tiger Crystal, the limited edition and refreshingly different brew from Tiger is back again for the second consecutive year!

Tiger Crystal provides a distinctively refreshing moments for beer lovers who are seeking to try something different. This time around, Tiger Crystal collaborates with SOULed Out Ampang to demonstrate eclectic Western and Northern Indian food paired with the refreshingly crisp, easy drinking lager.

Featuring a menu specially recommended by the chef, this food pairing session is conducted exclusively to bring light on a unique experience for all the beer aficionados in Malaysia.

After starting off with the appetizers, we were presented with the mains from all common protein corners - Beef, Chicken, Lamb and Fish!

Beef Espetada (RM85)

400g charboiled ribeye meat skewers marinated with garlic, laurel leaves and rock salt, served with roast vegetables and baked potato.

Double thumbs up! :D :D

Miso Grouper (RM28)

Grouper fillet and scallop marinated in miso, grilled to perfection, served with shallot rice and vegetable ribbons. 

Masala Chicken Chop (RM25)

Chicken marinated in buttermilk and masala, grilled and served with roasted vegetables and wedges. 

P/S: THE DIPPING SAUCE IS AMAZING WITH THE WEDGES!! :)

Sizzling Lamb Cutlet (RM30)

Lamb cutlet marinated in special Indian herbs on a sizzling plate, served with naan.

Seafood Aglio Olio 

 Spaghetti tossed in olive oil, garlic and chili flakes served with prawns, clams and scallops.

Bananarama (RM23)

Grilled bananas wrapped in vanilla crepes with 3 scoops of ice cream, topped with fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

But the night did not end there as we celebrated one of our foodie's birthday as well!
